“Everlasting Love” is a poem I wrote to celebrate the enduring power of true love. As I reflect on the love and commitment my husband and I share, I am filled with gratitude and admiration for the way he has enriched my life.
On March 5, 2023, my husband celebrated his birthday, and this poem serves as a tribute to him and the beautiful journey we’ve shared together.
I have also written this poem in French as I am currently learning the language, and I wanted to express my love in a new way.

It fills me with joy and tenderness.
On March 5th, we celebrate your birth,
A day that brought to this world immeasurable worth.
You light up my life like a starry night sky,
A radiant glow that never seems to die.
You are the bacon to my eggs each morn’,
The cream in my coffee that I adore.
With you by my side, life is sweet
Like honeycomb so rich and complete.

Mon amour le plus cher, en ce jour merveilleux,
Je te célèbre de toutes les manières.
Dix ans se sont écoulés depuis notre première rencontre,
Et un an de mariage, je n’oublierai jamais.
Tu es mon puzzle, complexe et vrai,
Mais j’apprécie chaque moment passé avec toi.
Ton toucher est doux, comme la caresse d’une plume,
Il me remplit de joie et de tendresse.
Le 5 mars, nous célébrons ta naissance,
Un jour qui a apporté au monde une valeur inestimable.

Tu es le bacon à mes œufs chaque matin,
La crème dans mon café que j’adore.
